Formats
Oral presentations
- Presentations during concurrent sessions will all be limited to a 20 minute time slot. This includes questions and a transition between each talk. We encourage our speakers to allow a short question session at the end of their talks i.e. talks should be around 15 minutes.
- There are 3 sessions that will be run concurrently.
- Most presentations are expected to be given via data projector powerpoint presentation. We will announce system requirements as soon as they are available. We encourage participants to prepare talks that utilise cross-system fonts and styles.
- We will have a preparation area and staff to assist and request that you provide your talk, on disc, not later than the day before your presentation.
- Please advise us if you need equipment such as slide projectors, overhead projectors etc.
Poster presentations
- Posters must fit within a 90 cm wide x 120 cm tall space. Paper size ISO A0 is appropriate for this space.
- Posters may be put up with either velcro or pins. We will have some emergency supplies available but if possible please bring your own.
- We expect presenters to stand with their poster during the poster session on Saturday afternoon/evening.
- We encourage poster presenters to make the text readable from at least 1 m away. Font size 32 pt would be a minimum for pragraph text.
- We request poster presenters consider providing their posters electronically to be available for electronic viewing at the conference. If you wish more details please contact us.

The conference organisers will be in touch shortly to request final details of your presentation including any special presentation requirements you may have. Please respond promptly to this request to facility smooth planning for the conference.
