International conference
program announced!
Seagrass 2004 is an international conference that will include a public lecture, plenary presentations, convened symposia and general sessions over three days of the conference.
The conference will begin with a public lecture on the evening of Friday the 24th September, by Professor Bill Dennison, from the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science.
The three day conference will be based at Jupiters Convention Centre on the Marina in Townsville. A dedicated poster session, based at ReefHQ and sponsored by the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority and ReefHQ including evening access to the Aquarium, will provide an exciting opportunity for discussion and interaction between poster presenters and the wider audience.
ISBW6, which follows the conference, is over-subscribed with a long waiting-list. We have closed applications for this workshop.
The conference program has something for everyone, we hope to see you in Townsville in September!
