Undergraduate Degrees

TESAG offers many subjects suitable for inclusion in a veriety of academic programs. These include traditional Bachelor of Science and Arts degrees and the more recently developed Bachelor of Applied Science and Bachelor of Social Science (Environmental Studies) degree programs. Degree Programs

Students who study an approved major will have the major named on their testamur. "Majors" are a sequence of core subjects within the Science degrees, and full details of degree requirements are published in the Faculty’s Subject Information Booklet which is provided to all students at the time of enrolment or re-enrolment. The following programs and majors are offered at JCU for students interested in studying geography and environmental issues:

The School offers an Honours program aimed at students who are eligible to graduate with a traditional Bachelor of Arts (BA), or Bachelor of Science (BSc),   Bachelor of Environmental ScienceBachelor of Marine Science, Bachelor of Social Science (Environmental Studies) or Bachelor of Planning degree.
